About The Web Site Tuner

The Web Site Tuner is a one-person design shop, namely Me! Monica of North Carolina. In 2001 I was "WebsitesByMonica" until 2008 with a brief transition period and have now returned as The Web Site Tuner. I receive and work personally on every project. On occasion, I may receive requests that requires knowledge beyond my expertise, such as complex programming, SEO work or original content writing. At that time I may elect to work with proven professional contractors I consider as "My Team". I have been successfully partnering with the same contractors for over 5 years. My clients never work directly with any of my contractors ...I am solely responsible for all work turned over to my clients.

During my transition period, I continued to upgraded my software skills I use to customize web site templates. Adobe® Software such as, Dreamweaver®, used to create new website designs or customize HTML webpages, Fireworks®, used to create unique graphics or edit existing ones and currently Contribute®, a Content Management System(CMS) that allows clients to easily update their own web site without any technical knowledge, should they so choose. ( Please note that I do not work on projects that either promotes or encourage gambling, alcohol, profanity, smoking, illicit drugs, weapons or nudity.)

Earning my Web Master Certification in San Jose California,1999, I continue today, to upgrade my technical skills and business knowledge through self-education. I bring to you over 8 years as a successful web site design shop. I choose to make customization of professional, ready-made web site templates as my business model, because I believe that value does not have to come with an expensive price tag. Today, more than ever, this value holds true as many companies and individuals are experiencing, or will experience, economical decline that is wrapping its' tentacles around the world.

Though, my current prices reflect this economic decline, my core value to provide the best customer service has not. My customers today will receive the same "get it done until you are satisfied" service that my previous customers received in the past up economy.

My team is made up of very talented, highly skilled programmers with diverse backgrounds ready to take on most challenges you may have. Over the years I've had the pleasure of working with many talented programmers, based all over the world. While, my team is not in-house, which is a cost savings to you, I work personally with each outsource programmer to match skills I do not have. Your project is never 100% turned over to an outsource programmer.
